Job Responsibilities:-
Partnership Development

  • Engage in multi-facet collaboration activities (online & offline) with SmartBusiness Partners.
  • Organize in-person networking events, workshops, and business forums to foster deeper connections.
  • Planning and drafting partner-related marketing content, campaign memo and partnership opportunity to support partnership goals
Partnership Strategy & Evaluation
  • Assess end to end partnership performance through NTB Campaigns, fulfillment metrics, reputation, and ensure business collaboration outcomes.
  • Enhance product/customer touchpoints with partners.
  • Coordinate campaigns like Bundle Packages, marketing communications to ensure information is relevant and up to date for all stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews and align partnership outcomes to ensure it remain relevant to the market needs.
Partnership Negotiation (UOB SmartBusiness Ambassador)
  • Streamlining and tracking partner leads through referals, campaigns and other sources to ensure efficient lead management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between UOB and partners--lead and own all communication channels, touchpoints, and follow-ups.(eg, marketing, legal, activities, lead, campaigns & etc)
  • Handle and coordinate the Sandbox Program, ensuring partner solutions meet UOB requirements before integration.
  • Manage CASA (including OAO) lead referral flows, ensuring effectiveness and integrity of partner-driven acquisition.
  • Resolve lead flow issues and close gaps in expectations or deliverables from both UOB and partner sides.
Job Requirements:-
  • Proven working experience preferably 3-5 years in: -
i - Retail and SME Banking segments; and/or
ii - Ecosystem Strategy and Consulting in Agencies or Regulator; and/or
iii - Digital Platforms
iv - Partnerships/Stakeholders Engagement
  • Understand the Go To Market (GTM) strategy, market, competitive landscape, and target audience, and translate into actionable campaign activities to support goals, take ups and KPIs.
  • Exposure or good knowledge of the wider Digital and Business eco-system, their key drivers and business models.
  • Analytical and proficient in usage of data for fact-based decision making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong managerial ability.
  • Established skills in planning, high level attention to detail, and demonstrate reliability
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of pain-points of SME businesses
