Job Description
: Provide legal support and advise on all legal matters on banking products (both conventional and islamic), Bank\'s procedures and policies. Review and draft legal documents and commercial contracts for the Bank such as bilateral, syndication /club deals, Facility Letters, Loan Agreements, Service Agreements (intragroup and Vendor). Conduct research and provide guidance on legal developments and updates on legislations. To liaise with external lawyers and regulators on legal issues involving the Bank (if required). To assist the Head of Legal Department on other legal related matters Job Requirement: Professional law degree, LLB or equivalent withCertificate of Legal Practice/Bar Qualified lawyer with minimum 8 years of experience gained from legal practice/ in house financial institution. Understanding on conventional and Islamic banking product, law relevant to banking/contract law. Good communication skills.
