Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Developer with 3-5 years of experience in OpenText AppWorks (AWF) development. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting workflow and BPM applications on the Shared Platform, working closely with business and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong Java skills, experience with SQL databases, and be comfortable working on Linux and Windows environments. Exposure to other BPM tools, shell scripting, or banking domain knowledge (AML) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications on OpenText AppWorks.

Implement business workflows, process automation, and BPM solutions according to functional requirements.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Write efficient Java code and integrate with SQL databases.

Support deployment and troubleshooting on Linux and Windows servers.

Assist in process improvements, automation, and performance optimization.

Document technical designs, code changes, and workflow configurations.
