Starting in 1 January 2024, the AZPIRASI Graduate Trainee Programme begins with three individual department placements, mainly Sales, Marketing and other functions. Each placement will provide you with extraordinary insights into our business, and the chance to influence our future direction. If successful in these 30-months journey, you will graduate as a commercial brand leader with shared accountability towards the strategy and investments decisions.

A flexible programme with many opportunities, our AZPIRASI Graduate Trainee Programme is a platform for progression, connection, ownership, and accountability. In our global and regional functions, you could develop your knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance and Finance.

In this role, you will:

• Build your commercial Pharmaceutical knowledge
• Take responsibility for delivering a projects or work that adds real value to our business, positively impacting patients\xe2\x80\x99 lives
• While in the sales and marketing rotations, work closely with the sales and marketing teams in driving necessary goals for you territory and brand
• Drive your own development, through formal learning and/or experience, with access to our global technology learning platform

Essential requirements:

We are looking for future technology leaders who have:

• A Bachelors or Masters level qualification in either Life Sciences or Business Management with a minimum First Class (CGPA 3.70 or equivalent)
• A passion for technology and its ability to improve the lives of patients
• Passionate about building your career in pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing
• Speed and agility of thought
• Confidence expressing opinions and ideas
• The ability to identify and drive innovation and fresh thinking
• A collaborative approach, and work effectively in a team
• A strong desire to learn, develop and achieve their potential
• A willingness to relocate within country, if required
• Fluent English language skills
