You will serve as a trusted technical advisor for Microsoft Unified Support customers, supporting architecture design, deployment, and optimization of Azure workloads, helping clients maximize the value of their Microsoft Azure investment.

Skills and experiences

6+ years of relevant experience in Azure Infrastructure, Data & AI, and/or Application Development. Fluent in English and Bahasa (verbal and written). Strong presentation, client engagement, and communication skills. Experience with large-scale Azure implementations and hybrid cloud environments.

Technical Skills Required:



Azure Data & AI: Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, OpenAI. Azure Dev/ App Modernization: Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelinesand DevOps Understanding of integration patterns across Azure workloads.


Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Engineer, or Azure Developer Associate

What you'll do

Customer Centricity & Business Impact
Drive positive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by serving as a trusted advisor and solution architect. Gather and translate customer insights into actionable guidance for Microsoft product teams. Promote adoption across Azure Data Infrastructure, Data & AI, and App Dev, accelerating time-to-value. Identify blockers and deliver resolution strategies, ensuring seamless solution deployment and customer success. Map Azure technical solutions to business outcomes, supporting clients through digital transformation initiatives. Identify and develop growth opportunities by understanding customer business and technical needs.


Azure Architecture & Solution Delivery
Lead and deliver cross-solution Azure engagements: Azure Data & AI (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Lake, Azure AI/ML, Cognitive Services). Azure Application Development (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps CI/CD pipelines).


Leverage Azure Well-Architected Framework and Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework in solution delivery.
Guide customers on scalability, resiliency, cost optimization, security, and governance best practices. Support migration, modernization, and innovation projects across Azure workloads. Conduct architecture reviews, implementation leadership, and technical optimizations.


Technical Leadership & Practice Development
Contribute to IP development, best practices, and technical documentation. Provide mentoring to junior consultants and architects. Participate in internal and external communities of practice, sharing insights and solution innovations.


Trusted Advisor & Relationship Management
Build impactful relationships with client stakeholders, including C-level, architects, and engineering teams. Provide advisory and thought leadership during pre-sales, implementation, and post-deployment phases. Differentiate Microsoft Azure's capabilities compared to competitive solutions.
