Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain positive professional relationships with key stakeholders and new prospective clients to identify partnership opportunities and drive business growth.

2.Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new business opportunities. To conduct thorough high-level industry research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and untapped opportunities including but not limited to the insurance and financial services industries to develop effective sales solutions.

3.New Business Acquisition: Lead the identification, pursuit, and acquisition of new business opportunities, including but not limited to request for proposal (RFP) responses, proposal development, and contract negotiations.

4.Solution Consultation: Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop customized solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients including but not limited the insurance and financial sectors. Prepare and review sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and corporate guidelines.

5.Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities, utilizing CRM tools and other resources to track progress and drive results.

6.Cross-functional Collaboration: Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders and work closely with internal technical and sales teams, to ensure alignment and cohesion in delivering value to clients.

7.Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives and track progress towards revenue targets.

8.Client Relationship Management (existing clients): Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges. Establish a deep understanding of their business objectives and priorities. Regularly assess client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships.

9.Revenue Growth Strategies: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and service offerings that address clients' changing needs and provide added value. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from existing client accounts.

10.Client Retention Initiatives: Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly review client accounts to identify potential risks or areas for improvement. Proactively address issues and implement corrective actions to retain clients and minimize churn.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
