Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Project Management:
o Daily report on site progress
o Arrange contractor schedule
o Site management
o Communicate and verify all detail work with contractors
o Management to assist contractor to settle site problem with getting project manager approval
2. Interior Design:
o Site visit and taking site measurement
o Communicate and understanding customer need
o Prepare proposal/ mod board / budget for customer inquiries
o Prepare construction drawings and 3D
o Prepare sample of material
o Prepare presentation for design
o Sourcing of materials
3. Customer service:
o Responsible to customer complain
o Arrange related contractors to attend customer complaints
o Report progress to management team
4. Characteristic / attitude:
o Discipline / independent / responsibility to the work
o Willing to learn
o
5. Working hours and location:
o able to work / meeting with customer on weekend or public holiday
o able to travel outstation for project needed
Qualifications:
Professional Certificate/Diploma/bachelor's degree in Interior Design
3-5 years of experience in residential / commercial design and site management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office/3DMax /Skecthup/Vray/AutoCAd.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
