Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical wiring systems, air-conditional system, firefighting system as well as other building services.

2. Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, SYABAS, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.

3. Monitoring total facility maintenance of factory including civil and electricity.

4. Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption of the plant as well as initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment
breakdown and power failure.

5. Attend to all power and machine failure/short /trip and rectify accordingly.

6. Ensure new installations and maintenances are safe, correct and legal.

7. Create contingency plan for major fault and temporary usage for electrical.

8. Conduct periodic inspection and maintenance of Air System, Air Conditioning System and Fire Fighting system.

9. Supervise the work of Facility Team and Contractors and ensure safety regulations are complying while carrying out their duties.

Job Requirements:

Must have a certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga BO -- 33kv At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good command in both Bahasa Malaysia and English and well communication skill with all level of management. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
