Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies. Prepare, present, and customize professional business proposals, quotations, and pitch materials for prospective B2B clients. Handle all incoming B2B sales enquiries and assess client needs and provide appropriate recommendations or solutions. Maintain strong customer relationships by managing and supporting clients throughout the entire sales cycle and post-sales stages to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships. Work closely with internal teams--including EP Team, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service and relay client feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

Degree in business or related field. Excellent understanding and knowledge of B2B sales processes. Strong understanding and knowledge of similar industry. Business proposal and tender knowledge. Experienced in customer relationship management. Have good connections and track record in dealing with multiple MNC and National Major Corporations. Min. 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development. Preferably specialized in major corporate account management with experience in managing entire sales process from pre to post sales. Good command in both written and oral English. Good communication skill on both internal (inter-department) and external (end-user). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills.
