Hold at least an associate degree with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including sales management experience, or a bachelor\'s degree with at least 3 years of sales experience, including sales management experience.
Have a minimum of two years of experience in business solution and service sales or equivalent experience in the information technology consulting or software industry.
Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as customer relationship management abilities.
Have outstanding market insight and the ability to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.
Proficiency in Microsoft business applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify potential customers to achieve sales goals and business growth.
Ensure alignment with company objectives, effectively manage relationships with major clients, and provide excellent customer service.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, including pre-sales and post-sales support, to ensure customer needs are met.
Respond to and resolve customer issues, providing solutions to meet their needs.
Propose specific action plans to improve sales performance and identify potential growth opportunities.
Ensure timely submission of invoices for services provided or to be provided, as well as accounts receivable.
