Identify, approach, and acquire new F&B merchants (restaurants, cafes, food stalls, etc.) to join the food delivery platform
Conduct on-site visits and sales presentations to potential merchants to explain partnership benefits and platform features
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and commission structures to close new deals
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and activation process
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and merchant information in the CRM system
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and local F&B business opportunities
Achieve monthly or quarterly merchant acquisition targets
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification.
1.5 -5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (F&B is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Result-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Comfortable with outdoor sales and meeting clients face-to-face
English proficiency is mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary: Up to RM5,000
Fixed Allowance: RM650.
Commission: Take home comm salary can be up toRm20,000 (Subject to the sales performance)
The sales KPI is measured by monthly sales performance.
Official hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with flexibility to manage appointments.
