Lead our offline sales strategy and operations across the APAC region. You'll manage country-level sales execution, partner development, and regional retail campaigns. This is a leadership role with high visibility and strategic impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the regional B2C retail strategy
Manage country-level distributors and modern trade accounts
Oversee performance of sales executives in various markets
Collaborate with the GM, Product, and Marketing teams for seamless execution
Represent our company in major trade shows and retail conferences
Requirements:
7-10 years' experience in FMCG, wellness, or nutraceutical sales
Proven track record managing regional teams and distributor networks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
Ability to travel extensively across APAC
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
