Teachers will undergo five (5) days of training under Teach for Tutors ProgrammeTutors will be taught on the teaching module, learning and classroom management Tutors may benefit from the programme to become a skilled gigstar (private tutors, teachers, etc) Each tutor will be assigned with 4 groups of 10 students for three (3) months during the programmeClasses will be conducted twice a week for one-hourStudents will have the flexibility to choose their preferred time slot for their classes All classes will be conducted physicallyStudents will receive quality teaching in a fun learning environment Additional benefit: Tutors will undergo additional training for four (4) weeks on Basic Educational Training Programme (certification by UTM)
