Job Description
Position Overview
As a Call Centre Agent (Backend - Disbursement & Dispatch), you will be responsible for managing both disbursement processing and dispatch of customer agreements in a highly efficient, accurate, and timely manner. You will ensure that all disbursements are processed in compliance with company policies and that all customer agreements are dispatched promptly according to client requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure to meet key performance targets.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
