Back-End Developer

RM 4,000 - RM 5,500

Summary

The Back End Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. Key tasks involve integrating front-end elements built by fellow developers into the application, building reusable code and libraries, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, and implementing security and data protection strategies.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for entire software development cycle. Design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Extremely hands-on and able to independently carry out the entire development cycle as and when required by company.

Perform features coding, self-test automation, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process.

Able to perform entire software development lifecycle activities from design, development, test, and deployment to maintenance/upgrades.

Building web services and APIs to support web applications.

Consistently improve the features and UI/UX of applications for better organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

3+ Years of working experience in the related field is a strong advantage for this job position.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills

Understanding of Front-End Development principles

Knowledge of database management and server-side frameworks

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong teamwork and communication abilities

Demonstrate advanced knowledge in Java

Having a good knowledge with one or more modern JS frameworks such as React JS, Spring, Vue.js, Node.js, Bootstrap is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
