About the Role

We are seeking a talented

Back-End Developer

to join a growing development team. This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance web applications using the

MEAN stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS, NodeJS)

, and requires strong backend logic, clean coding practices, and a passion for solving complex technical problems.

As a junior-level developer, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. You will also engage in process improvements, participate in code reviews, and contribute to platform architecture and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

-Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain web and application-based backend systems.
-Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
-Perform feasibility analysis and optimization through structured planning.
-Contribute to platform architecture, scalability, and design decisions.
-Write and execute test cases, assist in QA processes.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
-Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical knowledge sharing.
-Ensure best practices in coding, documentation, and system reliability.

Core Technical Skills Required

-Strong understanding of

MEAN stack

: MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS, NodeJS
-Backend programming experience in one or more languages:

JavaScript (NodeJS)

, Java, C#, Python, PHP
-Experience in building

large-scale, distributed server applications

-Good understanding of

REST APIs

and web architecture
-Familiar with

clean code principles

and scalable application design
-Experience with code versioning and collaborative development workflows

Requirements

-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
-At least

2 years of experience

in backend software development
-Good command of

English and Mandarin

(required for client communication)
-Logical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail
-Passion for learning, adaptability, and teamwork

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Work Arrangement:

On-site (Kuala Lumpur)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
