Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend components and APIs using

Laravel

framework. Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with front-end developers and machine-learning team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Assist in writing and executing unit and integration test cases. Contribute to architecture decisions and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges. Conduct code reviews and adhere to clean code principles and software engineering best practices. Participate in feasibility studies and detailed planning for technical implementation. Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

At least

1-3 years of experience

in back-end development using the Laravel framework. Experience in building scalable and distributed server applications. Familiarity with

MariaDB

and other databases (e.g. Redis) is a plus. Exposure to

RESTful API design

and

microservices architecture

is an advantage. Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take initiative and ownership. Degree or diploma in

Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology

, or related fields. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with

Java

AWS

, or

CI/CD pipelines

. Prior involvement in legal tech, fintech, or AI/ML-based platforms. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
