Backend Developer - Tech Lead Location : Malaysia (Open to Malaysian citizens and PR holders) Experience : 12+ years in backend development, 3+ years as a Tech Lead Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to oversee the end-to-end backend development for online trading platform. You will work closely with the team to design and implement solutions using Golang , PostgreSQL , and AWS . Your role will also involve leading architectural decisions and driving technical strategies for the platform. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases. Utilize AWS services for cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Ensure high performance and reliability for the trading platform. Proficient knowledge of a backend programming language- GoLang and an in-depth understanding of web development. Responsible for solution architecture definition and supporting technical decisions. Ability to setup, administer of backups, data migration, transformation, and scripting. Understands \'session management\' in a server environment. Requirements: 12+ years of backend development experience, including 3+ years as a Tech Lead. Proficient in Golang , PostgreSQL , and AWS . Experience working on trading platforms or in fintech is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex backend solutions.
