With increasing demand from industry players such as BMW, Infineon, Bosch, ams-Osram & HP, we are looking for software enthusiasts to join our local team in Malaysia.Let\xe2\x80\x99s practice the Art of Automation together!Your new roleYou\'ll be bringing Industry 4.0 to high-tech manufacturing, using our software to control robots, talk to machines and ultimately boost chip production.As a Back-End software developer, you will support our customers on their journey to fully automated production through the integration of production systems and equipment. You will work closely with your colleagues in Germany as part of our international teams.What you\'ll do

• Align with customers on automation scenarios
• Develop complex automation solutions in a manufacturing environment
• Work in a team of software developers on customer projects
• Investigate machines and manufacturing applications (MES, SPC\xe2\x80\xa6) regarding their capabilities to participate in these automation scenarios
• Setup & test of automation software at customer sites
• Train and support users in the automation solution you\xe2\x80\x99ve developed

• Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering OR
• At least 2 years working experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of Java
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented design & implementation
• Familiar with Database and SQL
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Willingness to travel
• Interest in automation

• Equipment interfaces e.g. SECS/GEM, OPCUA etc.
• Message-oriented middleware e.g. Apache ActiveMQ, TIBCO-RV, etc.
• Web service, REST API etc.
• Chinese language
