We are Hiring We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineering Manager to become a part of our team.This role will be reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Your core responsibilities can include (but are not limited to): Technically direct a distributed team of backend engineers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand Work with various internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations to build and release quality features. Serve as the most senior engineer for Thailand team, ensuring the welfare of the local team and smooth operations. Make strategic technical and architectural decisions impacting the whole company. Perform code reviews Engage in hands-on coding when possible To be successful y ou should have: Experience in leading tech teams Strong knowledge of Java, Rust, or similar languages experience with Springboot, Kotlin, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, Google Cloud Platform is beneficial Experience in operating production software systems at scale .
