We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Call Centre Support - Backend
to join our team. In this role, you will perform data labelling and annotation tasks on our client's platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and full compliance with established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data labelling and annotation tasks in accordance with project standards and guidelines.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and consistency in all outputs.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to resolve ambiguities or annotation-related challenges.
Uphold strict confidentiality and data security requirements.
Stay updated on guideline changes, new tools, and project updates.
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum Diploma in any field.
SPM holders with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
Preferably 6 months of experience in data annotation, content moderation, e-commerce, or related fields.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in data operations are welcome to apply.
Language Proficiency:
Strong command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Detail-Oriented:
Strong eye for detail; able to identify errors and inconsistencies.
Multitasking:
Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality.
