to operate and maintain backhoe machinery at our construction sites across Malaysia. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in earthmoving activities, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate backhoe loader for excavation, trenching, loading, leveling, and other earthwork tasks.
Perform daily inspection and routine maintenance of the machine (e.g., checking fluids, tires, hydraulics).
Ensure safe machine operation in accordance with company policies, site rules, and Malaysian safety regulations (e.g., DOSH guidelines).
Assist in material handling, site clearing, and other construction support tasks when required.
Report any equipment malfunctions, damages, or unsafe conditions to the site supervisor.
Maintain accurate equipment usage logs where required.
Coordinate with site supervisors and co-workers to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
Valid
Driving License Class H / H1
(Backhoe/Excavator) recognized in Malaysia.
Minimum
1-3 years
experience operating backhoe loaders in construction or related fields.
Good understanding of construction site safety procedures.
Ability to work long hours, weekends, or shifts depending on project needs.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
CIDB Green Card holder.
Knowledge of basic machine repairs or troubleshooting.
Experience working on infrastructure, roadworks, or building construction projects.
