- Backroom layout controller
- To set backroom layout for Food line, Soft line & Hardline
- To segregate layout for normal, promotion & concess merchandise
- To ensure easy arrangement \xe2\x80\x93 to find Grocery & Non-Food and Non-Replenishment items
- Inventory Management
- To ensure ratio of backroom inventory is 30:70
- Expired checking for Backroom Inventory
- Monitor on excess inventory in backroom
- Advise DC on delivery to store during peak season
- To monitor on Concess & Outright Inventory for GMS
- Special Task
- To ensure PA Zero process has been done properly by line staff
- To ensure return process to be done accordingly
- To advise line on unused fixture in the backroom
