Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Badminton coach. The Badminton coach will be responsible for training and overseeing the development of badminton players at all skill levels, from beginners to professionals. The Badminton coach will create and implement training programs, provide individual and group coaching, and motivate players to achieve their goals. Qualifications Certification from a recognized Badminton association or organization Experience in coaching players of all ages and skill levels Expertise in Badminton technique, strategy, and skill development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff members Patient, encouraging, and positive attitude towards coaching and player development Ability to develop training programs tailored to individual needs and goals Willingness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with developments in Badminton coaching and training Bachelor\'s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is a plus
