• Minimum possess at least Secondary Level / SPM.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Speakers Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Marketing, Event Management, or Technical Skills.
• Familiarity with Booking Software or POS systems.
• Handling Cash or Electronic Payments efficiently.
• Location: Yosin Kampung Subang Court and Yosin Badminton Court 2 (Previously known as Elite Sports)

Responsibilities

• Managing workflow.
• Helping to resolve customer or employee issues and disputes.
• Monitor each branch in terms of the employee, stock calculation, stock arrangement, price modification and so on.
• Find out about every matter related to staff or work-related matters.
• Ensure and oversee the correct ordering, receiving, stocking, rotating, and display of items.
• Supervise, schedule, evaluate and train all staff and provide feedback
• Oversee and maintaining the cleanliness of the shop, including the storage areas and loading dock.
• Ensures proper calculation of the daily sales profit and recording IT in the record.
• Deliver items from branch to branch
• Assisting with events and tournaments
• Conduct routine checks on court surfaces, lighting, and.NET conditions.
• Track and record inventory usage and restock when necessary.
