Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods following established recipes and procedures
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
Assist in the development of new recipes and products
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Collaborate with the wider team to meet production targets and respond to customer orders
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef, preferably in a commercial or high-volume setting
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Creativity and willingness to experiment with new recipes and techniques

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
