Follow SOP to produce variety baked goods start from mixing, laminating, proofing and baking.
Ensure all finished baked goods adhere to quality and food safety standards.
To maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness in accordance with the company and client policies and statutory requirements.
Ensure that the control of raw materials is always kept at the correct temperatures and right places.
Communicate well and work as a team to promote harmonious working relationships also to build a better and efficiency team.
Ensure that products send out to customers adhere to quality and food safety standards.
Regularly seeks guidance from the Senior Chef in executing production according to Company recipes.
Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene, Health & Safety Standards and Sanitation Policies.
Clean kitchen equipment and tools before and after use.
Ensure proper storage of baking utensils.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
