Job Description

Assist in daily baking operations including mixing, preparing, baking, and finishing products. Participate in new product trials when needed. Ensure all products meet the company's quality and presentation standards. Follow standard recipes and SOPs accurately. Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in inventory control. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety and guidelines. Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.

Requirements



Experience in bakery, kitchen, or pastry operations preferred (fresh graduates encouraged to apply) Basic understanding of baking techniques and food safety. Good time management and ability to work under pressure. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions well.
