:
Prepare all bakery and pastry items
Work closely with management to produce an attractive menu that includes aesthetic sense for decoration of the final presentation, while incorporating the many techniques used in modern pastry work and ensuring proper consistency for each product
Communicate with kitchen manager to decide daily pastry items for accounts
Monitor bakery section to ensure proper use of product while keeping waste to a minimum
Work Location: Batu Berendam, Melaka
Working Hours: 2 Shift Time
Education: High School diploma
Requirements: Internal promotion: two years of baking experience.
External hire: three years baking and food service experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
