Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Baker & Pastry Chef to join our trendy beverage shop team. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a baker/pastry chef in a cafe, restaurant, or bakery setting.

• Creative flair and an eye for detail in presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work early morning or flexible hours.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: * Daily Baking: Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods that align with the shop's brand and beverage offerings.

• Menu Development: Collaborate with the team to create new, trendy baked items that pair well with our beverages, staying on top of current trends in both baking and beverage culture.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet the shop's high standards of taste, appearance, and freshness.
• Inventory Management: Monitor baking supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, strictly adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Presentation: Ensure baked goods are presented attractively and consistently to provide a premium customer experience.
• Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers, providing recommendations or explaining product ingredients and details when needed.
• Innovation & Trends: Keep up with the latest baking trends and introduce fresh, creative ideas to enhance the menu and attract customers.
