Requirements

• Work Location: Petaling Jaya
• Welcome Fresh Graduate from Pastry/Culinary Art to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience in baking or pastry in add advantage.
• Passionate about desserts and baking.
• Good teamwork, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn new techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, and bread according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in decorating and finishing desserts to meet Foret Blanc's presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
• Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and stock levels.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily production.
