Tanggungjawab
Assist in cake production - prepare frosting, fillings and bake cakes on daily basis
Cleaning and sanitizing all equipments and tools at the end of production
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen/working area and front counter
Ensuring availability of cakes on daily basis in the front chiller
Participate in designing cake or any adhoc task
Working well with fondant arts or sugar flowers (advantage)
Expert in many pastry produce - macarons, choux, madeleines (advantage)
