Have basic knowledge about baking products.
Assist in the preparation of cake batters, fillings, and frosting.
Mix ingredients according to recipes to make breads, cake, pastries, and other baked goods.
Preparations of bread, pastries and other items according to formula and scheduled standards.
Operating baking machineries and implements.
Check the quality of baking ingredients and prepare equipment for baking
Following production schedule and set quota for the number of goods to be produced on daily basis
Compliance Company standard operation procedure, food safety standards and Halal
Maintain the premises of baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery.
Unpack stocks upon receiving into the shop.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to work well together.
Ad Hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
Good working attitude with related courses or working experience.
Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply.
Training will be provided.
