Job Description
- skills & experience to handle & use of baking equipment such as bread mixer, cake mixer, proofer, oven, kitchen tools.
- experience in baking industry is an added advantage
- Prepare bread dough as per SOP
- Prepare all shapes fo bread, bun, rolls, loaf according to customer order
- Prepare & check all ingredients to be used in baking bread / cakes
- Plan & execute daily task as per schedule
- Take a great care of equipment used in the kitchen for optimum condition.
- Making sure all orders are in good quality as per sop.
- Upgrade knowledge of baking from time to time.
- Update team members of new skills & technique in bread, cakes, pastry making
- Monthly attendance, performance allowances
- SOCSO & EPF covered
