Senior Baker

About Us:

Superfluous Coffee and Bakery is a growing cafe dedicated to crafting high-quality baked goods and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Baker to join our team and lead our bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. Develop new recipes and menu items, ensuring consistency and quality. Supervise and mentor junior bakery staff. Maintain inventory, order ingredients, and manage supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor production schedules to meet demand efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of baking experience. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. Experience in menu development and recipe creation. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Culinary diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
