JOB DESCRIPTION
1) To supervise baking section.
2) Ensure that all finished goods adhere to quality and food safety standards.
3) To ensure baking SOP and specification product being followed
5) Cleaning and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized
6) To ensure all the records well recorded
JOB REQUIREMENT
1) Experience as a Baker or similar role
2) Attention to detail, especially when checking template on products.
3) Basic math
4) Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problem
5) Ability to work in hot, hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
6) Familiarity with all baking equipment
7) Understanding of food safety practices
