Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production and coordinate with bakers for smooth operations Prepare ingredients and operate baking equipment Create high-quality cakes and confections according to company recipes and standards Decorate pastries and cakes to ensure aesthetic and taste excellence Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and proper stock arrangement Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture Provide training and support to team members Perform other duties as assigned
