- Excellent customer service with good communication skills, team players with positive attitude.
- A keen eyes for details
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions given by the management and bakers.
- Only accept Malaysian
- Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential. Able to converse in Mandarin would be preferred
- Min. High School graduates (SPM)
- F&B or bakery interest would be added point
- Taking care of product packing, arrangement, refill, and expiry dates tracking
- Create a welcoming and positive customer experience in friendly manner in-house and online.
- Interact with customers confidently to advise on baked goods selection and taking orders including processing accurate payments
- Maintain and monitor products display including products restock inventory.
- Responds to customer queries with clear understanding of product information and available offers
- Listen to customers needs and concerns in a pleasant manner
- Act with initiative, and be proactive in resolving customers' concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the retail store at all times and performing other duties on request
- Follow hygiene & food safety procedures
- Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
