- Provide answers to queries presented regarding product information and available offers.
- Listen to customers\' needs and concerns in a pleasant manner.
- Act with initiative, and be proactive in resolving customers\' concerns.
- Ensure that the store is clean.
- Follow food safety procedures.
- Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
