Job Family Group Description - Sales:

This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.



Job Family Description - Retail Selling:

Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.



Speciality Description - Client Advisor:

Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. Follows company values as the visible face of the brand. Contributes to reaching sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction. There are specific Jewelry Client Advisor Job Profiles for roles selling jewelry and watches.
Your opportunity
You can significantly contribute to the store sales, by providing Balenciaga signature to all internal and external clients, support the management team and represent Balenciaga brand and image.How you will contributeAct as a "host" for customer, interact and consistently strengthen and build strong customer relationships Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent and professional customer service Handle customer complaints and ensure issues can be resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation and control products from a quality point of view Maintain store cleanness and tidiness, grooming and appearance of all areas respecting the visual merchandising Standard Ensure all procedures and policies are understood and carry out work according to those standards
Who you areProven experience in a similar role. With working experience in fashion luxury companies is a plus. Product and Fashion sensitivity with good knowledge of fashion trend Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Good PC skills such as MS Office and other digital tools
