Responsible for Financial Services Consultant (FSC) sales planning, sales execution, campaign execution, growing Bancassurance business, meeting customers and drive activities via branch network or any other channels.
Actively retain & nurture existing FSC via coaching and ensuring the FSC meeting their target and KPIs.
Achieves sales targets and manage the actual performance for the FSCs in the assigned area.
Execute plans and strategies set by Regional Director to distribute bancassurance & bancatakaful products through the FSCs in the assigned area.
Advise the Regional Director and Branch Manager in devising the branch sales strategy and tactics and developing sales capability of the FSCs in the assigned area.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in any disciplines.
Min of 3 years of banca sales experience and has leading team working experience.
Completed with full insurance licenses - PCE, CEILI and TBE.
Mobile and willing to travel in assigned / designated area
