Position: Financial Executive (Bancassurance)

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5.45pm (Occasional Saturday for roadshows)

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the financial services sector, a leading partner between a major bank and an insurance provider. This role involves providing bancassurance solutions, offering financial consultation, and supporting customers in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Introduce and promote insurance products to bank customers Deliver financial advice and propose suitable solutions Build lasting customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets Participate in ongoing product training, coaching, and development

Requirements

Minimum 3 years sales experience No record of bankruptcy or bad debts SPM with 5 passes accepted if without Diploma/Degree

Career Development & Salary

Financial Executive (Trainee)

Qualification: SPM/STPM with 3 years sales experience OR Diploma holder with <3 years experience Basic Salary: RM 2,600 - RM 3,000
Senior Financial Executive (Trainee)

Qualification: Degree holder with minimum 3 years sales experience Basic Salary: RM 2,800 - RM 3,300
Senior Financial Executive

Qualification: Degree holder with more than 3 years relevant experience Basic Salary: RM 2,800 - RM 10,000
