Job Description
As a Bancassurance Sales Representative, you\'ll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their financial goals and securing their future. You\'ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as promoting and selling our bancassurance products.What you\'ll be doing:
- Building relationships with clients and promoting our bancassurance products
- Conducting financial assessments to understand clients\' needs and goals
- Developing customized solutions to meet clients\' specific financial needs
- Closing sales and meeting performance targets
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- A strong interest in the banking and insurance field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
