Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Bancassurance products to existing and potential high net-worth clients.
Understand clients financial goals through detailed assessments.
Provide customized financial solutions based on individual needs.
Achieve sales targets for Bancassurance and other financial products.
Offer excellent service to build strong, lasting client relationships.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in insurance/ finance sales with a strong sales record.
Interest in Industry: Passionate about banking and insurance.
People Skills: Good communication and able to build strong relationships.
Problem-Solving: Thinks creatively and finds effective solutions.
Customer Service: Focused on providing great customer support.
Mobility: Has own transport and willing to travel
