Role Overview

This position involves representing a prominent insurance provider at bank branch locations, offering financial consultations and insurance solutions tailored to individual customer needs. You'll engage with walk-in and existing customers, gaining hands-on experience in financial sales with structured training and attractive earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Introduce and promote insurance products to bank customers Provide financial advisory services and customised insurance planning Cultivate and manage long-term customer relationships Achieve sales targets set by the bank and insurer Participate in training programs and performance reviews

Who Should Apply

Fresh graduates welcome Applicants from any industry background can be considered Financial Executive (Trainee): SPM/STPM with 3 years' work experience, or Diploma with <1 year experience Senior Financial Executive (Trainee): Degree holders with <1 year experience Senior Financial Executive: Degree holders with 2+ years relevant experience

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly basic salary: RM 2,600 - RM 10,000 (depending on experience and level) Monthly incentives, commissions & performance bonuses Year-end bonus and tactical rewards Local and overseas incentive trips (Tier 1 & 2) Full medical coverage Special staff rates for home and car loans
