Day shift : Monday to Friday Work Benefits

• Basic Salary of RM2300 - RM5,000 with commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
• Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential prospects for sales
• Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
• Build business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities
• Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers

Requirements

• Must not be less than 21 years old.
• Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are also encouraged to apply
• Experience in sales and customer service would be an added advantage
• Result-driven with a strong interest in Sales and Marketing

CHINESE SPEAKING :

• Candidate with sales experience will be an advantage
• Welcome fresh graduate , 1 month of intensive training and development courses will be provided. ( Limited time only)

NON-CHINESE SPEAKING:

• MInimum 3 years of Sales Experience in Financial Industry OR
• MInimum 5 years of Sales Experience in non-Financial Industry
