Job Role: Help Bank customers to financially plan for their future through wealth protection, accumulation, and distribution.:
Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential customers for sales
Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities
Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers
Program to Nurture the New Joiners:
Professional training, development and grooming programs to enhance their skills & confidence in dealing with customers, including PCE/CEILI licensing that will be fully sponsored by Bank
Fully supported / coaching by AIAs Banca sales team and the Banks managers
Full suite of products available for FE that can cater for every customers needs
On top of walk-in customers, monthly customer leads & referrals are given for FE to fix appointment to meet customer
FE DO NOT need to find their own customers
