Requirements

• Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in banking sales.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Exhibit excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets efficiently.
• Good in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential to cater to a diverse customer base.
• Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the banking sector
• Willingness to learn about banking products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Roadshow experienced will be advance (up to basic RM2000)
• Skills required: Sales, Communication Skills and Time Management

Responsibilities

• Drive sales conversions by actively approaching and engaging customers during roadshows.
• Educate customers on application processes, credit requirements, and benefits.
• Track and record sales leads, completed applications, and potential follow-ups.
• Continuously update knowledge of new promotions, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Report daily sales performance and customer interactions to the team leader.
