Requirements
Minimum degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or banking sector is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin.
Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions professionally.
Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs and compliance requirements.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays if required.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls, emails, or chat queries from banking clients.
Provide accurate information on banking products, services, and promotions.
Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
Provide regular updates on customer issues and feedback to the team lead or client.
