Job Requirements

Master in Business Administration (Banking) or equivalent professional qualification in relevant academic area, or any other qualifications as required by MQA.
At least two (2) years working knowledge and experience in the industry.
Applicants with experience and skill in Data analytical such as SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) and exposure to the industry.
Applicants with strong research and publication track record are highly desirable.
Data Analytical Skill is an added advantage.
Demonstrate creativity and innovation, as well as a high level of dedication as an educator, actively engaged in teaching, research, and consulting as well as community service.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, a competent team player with mature and positive attitude.
Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
Has an educational philosophy that is aligned with the mission of the department and the university.
